When I started offering my services I began from my living room with no idea how to get started in the beauty industry. I really had no information on how to operate a business behind the scenes, and found very little resources on what was required to operate, it took years before I fully understood how to run a business and be confident in the services I was offering. After 5 brow certifications and 6 years, I’ve spent this time studying the beauty industry from getting started as a new service provider, technique, consistent service, the best products, photography and editing, and much more.
I’ve put together my training’s to focus not only on technique but how avoid mistakes, to keep your schedule fully booked, run your business successfully, all beginner friendly.
Classes are 1:1 or in small groups, and customized to your skill level. If you’re already in the industry we spend most of the training on mastering technique. This will allow you to focus on your skills and getting repeat clients. If you’re new to the industry you can expect a class focused on the basics and starting your business. 1 DAY HANDS ON TRAINING : NEW or EXPERIENCED ARTISTS
These classes are one day hands on classes. We will start with theory and learn the basics, practice, and work hands on together on your models. Kit and certification provided. These classes require no prior experience and are a great place to start if you’re looking to start your own business or side hustle.

Intro to brow basics
This one day training course will cover the basics and allow you to learn everything you need to know about brow mapping, waxing, shaping and tinting from the beginning. We will focus on finding the perfect shape for each client, tint application, color matching, and how to feel confident offering your services and running your business.
Wax and shaping is also a top performing service, this is a quick basic service that can be offered on its own. The average cost for this service is between $15-40 and can be completed in 10-20 minutes.

Henna Brows Training
Henna has been a top repeated services throughout the years. This technique is semi permanent but still a longer lasting alternative to tint. Learn all about mapping, shaping, and color matching to get perfectly sculpted brows. This is a custom class based on each skill level.
This service can be redone every 4-6 weeks. The average cost for this service is between $25-50 and can be completed in about 30-45 minutes.

Brow Lamination Training
Everything you need to know about brow lamination, mapping, waxing, shaping and tinting. This intensive class covers everything so you know exactly how to get the perfect lam every client.
A highly demanded and luxury service. The average cost for this service is between $90-130+ and can be completed in less than an hour.

Can anyone take these classes?
Yes! These classes are all for services that can be offered without a previous diploma in Ontario, if you are from outside of Ontario Canada please check with your local government regulations.
Where can I offer my services?
That is completely up to you! Most people starting in the industry will generally start by working from home, a salon or offering mobile services. All are great options, all space requirements can be found on health unit website.
Is a certificate provided?
Yes a certificate of completion is provided at the end of your training!
How can I start offering these services with no clients?
Social media and word of mouth is everything in the beauty industry. Platforms like Instagram will showcase your work, and the good training and hard work will always produce quality results that speak for themselves. Its best to get started practicing on friends and family, a few free services in the beginning will always help to build credibility and to gain some before and after shots. But don’t worry everything on getting started will be covered in your course!

Shadowing is offered for current artist in the industry looking to refine skills and gain tips that can be applied to your current services. Ask questions, study product and skill, and follow along for an afternoon to up your current skills.
