Appointment Policies

Please make changes to your appointment at least 24hrs in advance

• cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged a late cancellation fee of 50%

Please arrive on time to your appointment

• late arrival may be considered no-show if service cannot be completed in the remaining time

Cash and debit only

• cash is currently the available payment method, debit is also accepted for those who prefer contactless payment

Side note:

With seasons changing, we also change skincare routines! It is super important to be aware of the ingredients in your products before waxing your brows. Be sure to double check your products for any of the following:

• RETINOL

• AHA/BHA

• VITAMIN A/E

• BENZOYL PEROXIDE

It is best not to use products with these ingredients 2+ weeks prior to your brow appointment as it may cause skin irritation. These ingredients can also affect the skin in areas it is not applied.
